Cassava Cake
Ingredients- 1 big can evap milk
- 1/2 kilo brown sugar (Segunda)
- Butter for greasing
- 2 kilos grated cassava
- 6 cups coconut milk (squeezed in 2 coconuts)
For toppings:
- 1 small box cheddar cheese (grated)
- macapuno (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
- 3 pcs.eggs
- 1 big can condense milk
Instructions
- Mix grated cassava, sugar, evap milk and coconut milk. Adjust your mixture by adding water if you think your mixture is too dry but not too watery.
- Greased the pan then pour the cassava mixture and bake in a preheated oven of 350°f for 1 hour until translucent in color.
- Remove from the oven and put the mix toppings except for the cheese and bake again until topping is golden brown in color.
- Remove again from the oven and add the grated cheese on top and bake for another minute until the cheese is golden brown.
